Hey everyone! Rotoscoping, a niche style of filmmaking, is the center of our discussions this week. Both films are Richard Linklater’s, our Recent Review being Netflix's Apollo 10½: A Space Age Childhood and our Geriatric Cinematic being Waking Life (2001). If you don’t know what rotoscoping is, you should definitely check these films out.
Our middle segment this week is What the F*** Did We Just Watch?! Sony Pictures' Morbius is the sad excuse for a movie to enter our crosshairs. If you’ve seen the movie, you’ll likely understand why we just had to talk about it.
Next week, our Recent Review is A24’s Everything Everywhere All at Once, which is currently in theaters with a nationwide release on Friday, April 8th. Our Geriatric Cinematic is Donnie Darko, streaming on HBO Max or available to rent on Apple TV, Amazon, YouTube, or other VOD services.
