Sit back because we're in it for the long haul. Reel Appeal hosts Mark and Kelsey of Screengeek.net have a bunch to say this week about Keanu Reeves and Max Landis. Not in the same story, thankfully, but a lot nonetheless. Maybe too much.
Before we jump into the crux of the show, Kelsey and Mark talk about their outing with Legendary director, John Woo.
Mark recommends one HBO show he's been watching, Kelsey copies and recommends another in our Try This, Not That segment. Don't worry--he gets his revenge by imposing on her pick.
Toy Story 4 is the choice for our recent review. Uplifting. Heartbreaking. The usual. The Brave Little Toaster is our Geriatric Cinematic choice and it has a lot of dark twists that will leave you balled up in the corner pleading for the light. Who knew a kid's movie could be so dark? Our Deathbed Do-Over is of Lucy. Mark laughs way too hard at Kelsey's second ending. Maybe he only has 10% brain capacity. You be the judge.
Finally, before you go, check out this link if you want to read the script a bot wrote for John Wick 3. It's amazing.
